Resilience profiling: Assessing the capacity to manage and govern water challenges in cities
The City Blueprint® results – an indicator assessment of the urban watercycle - in 65 cities are presented. Next, the ‘Urban Atlas for Europe’ published by the European commission is shown (can downloaded for free). Finally, the Governance Capacity Analysis is presented. Based on these extensive empirical studies, I conclude with formulating the main necessities to address urban water challenges.
