Living Lab for Mud
All over the world, thousands of kilometers of muddy coasts experience problems such as turbidity, erosion and sedimentation in unwanted places, which result in negative effects on marine and coastal ecosystems. These muddy coasts face technical as well as economical and societal challenges. Ecoshape and partners work together to gain knowledge on solving the complex problems of muddy coasts. In order to turn mud into the desired building material, all of the ongoing initiatives joined forces for knowledge development in the Living Lab for Mud.
