Mr. Bi takes the responsibility for providing technical advice to projects, making the medium and long term plan for the industry, controlling the buildings´ safety to cope with the seismicity, the development of Shanghai sponge city construction as well as the coordination for World Cities Day affairs. With his expertise, Mr. Bi has participated a number of major construction projects including Shanghai cross river tunnels, expressway, bridges etc. 

Mr. Bi is senior engineer, he graduated in bridge and tunnel engineering from Tongji University.
