The conference registration system can be placed on any website using the URL. The module is secured through https and all information will be sent encrypted. The URL bar will also be green. The system is provided with your desired look and feel through a personalized banner. It is also possible to use a discount code to make registration free for invited guests or participants. Fees can be paid by credit card or invoice. The registration system has the option to only complete the registration when the conference fee has been paid.
You can manage the module notifications and track revenue real time. You can also create an Excel sheet which shows a large variable to different information e.g. who goes to which meeting, tour, billing, date joined etc.). We can set up the functions per user. Thus person A may have permission to view the finances, while person B does not.
After registration, the participant will automatically be placed on the digital entry list (provided that he/she has given permission for this) Here the participant can also upload a picture, and a Twitter and LinkedIn page can be added. The list of participants can be viewed online.
